John B. Lindale House is a historic home located at Magnolia, Kent County, Delaware. It was built in 1886 and has both agricultural and architectural significance as it was home to one of the last peach barons in Delaware – John B. Lindale. The Lindale House and its outbuildings are a rare surviving example of the entire complex of a Delaware peach farm.
The house is a two-story, frame dwelling, in the Queen Anne style. It is almost square in plan, and features two-story bay windows, a large semi-circular projection, and polygonal turret towers. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1973.
The house is privately owned, but viewing it from the outside, you’ll witness its beautifully historic architecture.
