Since 1980, Delaware City Day has been a day of celebration and family-friendly fun, honoring our riverfront town’s historic architecture and our “small town America” culture. This will ultimately foster the continued preservation of Delaware City’s place in history, now and in the future.
The day’s festivities are held along the waterfront in Battery Park, at the foot of Clinton Street, overlooking Fort Delaware and the Delaware River. Activities include a parade through town, over 50 vendors, live music AND, fireworks at dusk over the Delaware River!
